Common errors

The 'Installation name' property of the 'PLx_YYYz_1P object (type: Installation)' is empty!

  • Missing property value. Double click on the message to find the property


The 'Operator control chosen to control operating mode or procedure' property of the 'Energy saving mode object (type: Independent particular procedure)' is empty!

  • On the message, Right click > Select the object to select...  to identify the operating mode and the element of the functional breakdown then, select a control box or an HMI in "Choice and distributions / Control boxes and operating modes"


The 'HMI on which the diagnostic messages will be broadcast' property of the 'PLx_YYYz_1P object (type: Installation)' is empty!

  • No HMI associated with the element. In "Choice and distributions / Human Machine Interface" select at least one HMI.


The relationship of type "Cycle" with "Normal zone" is not respected by the "Cycle1" object. 0 objects are present whereas 1|* objects are expected.

  • The rules of the standard impose that a cycle has at least one normal zone. Right click on the message > Select the object to select... to identify the cycle and the robot, add normal zone


INCORRECT LINK RME4165_1R Cycle1(Link between zones) : Link not fixed to a connector

  • Graphic link problem, Right click on the message > Select the object to select... to identify the link, then check the start and end of the link


The number of objects of type 'Zone connection' is present inconsistent for 'INCORRECT LINK RME4165_1R Cycle1 (type Link between zones).

  • Graphic link problem, Right click on the message > Select the object to select... to identify the link, then check the start and end of the link




Common warnings

AL: Circuit breaker - load limit >90% - CB1_1P : EC1_1P : PL1_RV1_1P(Alarm, alert) : Check the format,the class and options of the message

  • A diagnostic message must respect a standard format to be processed by the IT. Check the presence of 4 fields separated by the characters <space>:<space>. Entering the wrong class can also cause this warning. In this case, a space is missing between AL and :


RME4165_1R(Robot) : The robot is not attached to a cell

  • The relationship between the objects is not respected. For example, here a robot must belong to a cell.


SDP1031_91E(HMI screen) : Check the positioning of the thumbnails on the view before exporting the HMI

  • An item on an HMI view is placed out of the screen



Common messages

The value 'LT1_AR_1P' for the 'Mnemonic' property is the same for objects 'LT1_AR_1P' and 'LT1_AR_1P'!

  • There are two identical mnemonics. In "Hardware configuration", "Project mnemonics" tab, find the mnemonic in the list then right click "Display relationships" to identify the origin of the problem
